This study is in response to the current situation Philippines that aims support students' learning needs even from comfort of their own homes, as well improve teaching and process through use contextualized localized supplementary e-learning materials for students. aimed develop, evaluate, determine effectiveness Grade 8 students Science (Physics) at a public national high school Antipolo City during year 2021-2022. The utilized both descriptive experimental research designs. developed were evaluated by twenty science experts teachers Schools Division Antipolo. participants thirty data gathering instruments used this questionnaire checklist, pretest, posttest. showed helped improvement process.
